Handling Feelings with 5-4-3-2-1

by Samaritan Counseling Center Hawaii. This "5-4-3-2-1" video lets children know that it's normal to have "icky" feelings in our body because of things going on around us; and teaches them how to calm themselves by using their five senses. Simply name 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. Kids can practice "5-4-3-2-1" anytime, with family and friends, to help themselves feel better together.
